Our products

We sell graphic clothing printed to order by our production partners. Product pages describe the materials, available sizes, colours and prices.

Please check the size guide before ordering. Screen settings can cause slight differences in how colours appear, but products must still match their description and be of satisfactory quality.

Placing an order

Please provide accurate contact, delivery and payment details when ordering.

After checkout, you will receive an order acknowledgement. Your order is accepted when we send your dispatch confirmation.

If we cannot fulfil your order, we will contact you and refund any payment taken for the affected items.

Prices and payment

The price payable, applicable taxes and delivery charges are shown at checkout before you place your order.

Prices and promotions may change, but changes will not affect orders we have already accepted.

If we discover a pricing or product-description error before accepting your order, we will contact you to confirm whether you wish to proceed on the corrected basis or receive a refund.

Production and delivery

Our shirts are made to order. Estimated production and delivery times are explained in our Shipping Policy.

Please contact us promptly if your address needs correcting. We will try to help, although changes may not be possible once an order has entered production or been dispatched. This does not affect your cancellation rights.

We remain responsible for your goods until they are delivered to you or someone you nominate, subject to applicable law.

Returns and cancellations

Please read our Return and Refund Policy for details of our 30-day returns offer, exchanges, cancellation rights and help with faulty items.

Using our website

You must not use this website for unlawful or fraudulent activity, attempt to gain unauthorised access, or interfere with its operation.

Website content and designs may be protected by intellectual property rights belonging to us or their respective owners. Buying a product does not transfer rights to reproduce its design commercially.

Our responsibility

Nothing in these terms excludes or restricts liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability for fraud or death or personal injury caused by negligence.

Your statutory rights relating to faulty, misdescribed or undelivered goods remain unaffected.
