Yes! We offer returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery. Every shirt is made to order, so please check the size guide before purchasing to help you find the right fit.

Email cattyshirtsstore@gmail.com within 30 days of receiving your order, including:

• Your order number.
• Whether you’d like a refund or an exchange.
• A clear photo if your item arrived damaged, faulty or incorrect.

We’ll reply with the return address and instructions.

For non-faulty items, including changes of mind or size exchanges, you’ll need to cover the return postage.

If your item arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, contact us so we can put it right at no extra cost to you.

Once we’ve received your return and approved your refund, we’ll issue it to your original payment method.

Please allow up to 10 days for the money to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.
