Shipping & Delivery
Every Catty Shirts item is made to order. We work with printing partners in the UK, US and Europe, with orders usually fulfilled as close to the delivery address as possible.
Production time
Please allow 1–5 working days for your shirt to be printed and prepared for dispatch.
Delivery time
After dispatch, estimated delivery times are:
- United Kingdom: 3–5 working days.
- United States: 3–5 working days.
- Europe: 3–7 working days.
- Other available destinations: 3–7 working days.
Production time is additional to these delivery estimates. For example, a UK order will usually take approximately 4–10 working days in total.
Working days exclude weekends and public holidays. These are estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates.
Shipping charges
Shipping is free when you order two or more items.
For single-item orders, the delivery charge is shown at checkout before payment.
Delivery destinations
Available delivery destinations are shown at checkout. Fulfilment location depends on the product and our printing partners’ availability.
Delayed or missing orders
If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, email cattyshirtsstore@gmail.com with your order number so we can investigate.
We will work with the printing partner and delivery company to resolve the issue. Your legal rights regarding delivery remain unaffected.
Incorrect delivery details
Please check your address carefully before completing your order. If you notice a mistake, contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to update it before dispatch.
Damaged deliveries
If your order arrives damaged, please email us with your order number and, where possible, photographs of the item and packaging. We will help resolve the problem at no extra cost to you
