Returns & Refunds

We want you to enjoy your Catty Shirts purchase. If it isn’t quite right, contact us within 30 days of receiving your order to arrange a return or exchange.

Email cattyshirtsstore@gmail.com with your order number and tell us whether you would prefer a refund or an exchange.

Choosing your size

Every shirt is printed to order. Please check the size guide before purchasing and compare the measurements with a shirt you already own.

Being printed to order does not affect the return rights described in this policy.

Returning your item

Please contact us for the correct return address, then send your item back within 14 days of notifying us.

For change-of-mind returns, please keep items unworn and unwashed, apart from trying them on to check the fit. Where permitted by law, we may reduce a refund for loss in value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to inspect the item.

You are responsible for return postage for non-faulty items, including size exchanges. Please keep proof of postage.

Damaged, faulty or incorrect items

If there is a problem with your order, email us with your order number and, where possible, a photograph showing the issue.

We will arrange an appropriate solution at no extra cost to you, including covering necessary return postage. Your rights regarding faulty or incorrectly described goods are not limited to our 30-day change-of-mind policy.

Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method. We will process your refund without undue delay and within 14 days of receiving your return or evidence that you have sent it back, whichever is earlier.

If you cancel your whole order, we will also refund the original standard delivery charge. Any extra amount paid for an upgraded delivery service is not refundable for a change-of-mind return.

Your payment provider may take additional time to show the refund in your account.

Exchanges

Exchanges depend on the availability of your preferred item, size and colour. If we cannot arrange your requested exchange, we will offer a refund instead.

Your cancellation rights

For standard products bought online, UK customers have a legal right to cancel without giving a reason within 14 days after delivery, followed by a further 14 days to return the goods.

Our 30-day returns offer extends the time you have to notify us. Nothing in this policy limits your statutory consumer rights.
